Your logic is based on some misassumptions. Main ones seems to be:

1. You assume he is the 840 or controls the girls prices and / or they work for him, instead of his site being like many other sites a collection of girls or privados that pay an advertisement fee while they control their own business. A cursory search of some of the chicas advertised will show that some are indies, some from the DC privado, etc. Maybe there is some other business relationship, who knows, but if so that would be the same possibility with any of the other local bsas sites that advertises chicas outside of their own private web URL

2. You assume if a site or site owner isn't mentioned in this thread it somehow sends up "an orange flag".
