There are two "maritime" places in San Telmo.
"Sailor" in Bolivar (close ti Independencia) and "Sweet Kiss" in pasaje San Lorenzo. On the other side is / was "Pelvis".
Arround the corner "Tio Felipe", the best Pizza place after midnight!
Both are working with the usual tripulation of the incoming boats. You should have perfect or almost in Spanish to survive.
But I had several good parties there as (meanwhile) everyone knows me well.
It is not "high-classy" but you may find some gems sometimes.
Take care in "Sailor" not to get fooled, sometimes they try it. Watch your drink!

I would not go there alone but that's because of San Telmo at night not because of the place.
I can't remember how much it cost to have a good time.
Thanks,

Been there a few times with Spassmussien, he can tell us more about it if that's the place.
Dark, nice and seedy Chica Bar with an occasional young looker or is it Hooker?
Supposedly frequented by Sailors! Hence the name.
Ride them!

Has anyone been here? Bolivar and Independence. Walked by it today. Looked interesting.
